i have bad habbit of chewing tobbaco products can u give a method ot avoid it?!

That is definitely a bad and addictive habit! It is gross and very bad for your health. Do some research and find pictures of the effects on your oral health. Put those up in areas where you can see them every day and tape one to the top of your chew can (if you even have any around still). Also, there are probably activities that you link with chewing (driving, watching TV, whatever it may be.) find a substitute behavior for these times (chewing gum, eating carrot sticks, knitting (hehe)). Replacing the old, bad behavior with a healthy behavior will help you quit faster. You may need to use a nicotine patch or something if you have having withdrawl symptoms but a body cleanse would be the better alternative. Good luck!
