I Quit almost 17 Years ago, and I Want One Right Now! I often Wondered why they Taste so Good,if it was because of the Tobacco Itself, or the way Cigarettes are made. Now, I Know Why. It's Both! When most Tobacco is Grown,it's loaded with Fertilizer, and Chemicals to make it as Potent as Possible.Then, when Cigarettes are Made-Up at the Factory, They're loaded up with even more Chemicals. That's why when You Light up a Cigarette, and put it in an Ashtray, it will Burn to the End all by Itself!Chemicals! The best way to give up smoking is to see what damage it does to people. You might just have enough sense to realise that 'No one is immune to chemical poisoning', that is about what smoking is, a chemical attack on your body.

The way I did it was to cut down to less than 10 a day. Then I went on a 7 day camping trip and I didn't bring smokes of course. We kept on the move hiking hard everyday. I didn't miss the cigarettes at all while in the woods, but as soon as we got back to town and I saw the first convenience store I had a sudden craving. But, the craving passed quickly and it was all down hill from there. I didn't have another cigarette for more than 2 years. Then I started again and I am more hooked than ever. Boy am I a dumba*s! I would love to just "stop smoking" but I'm afraid I might kill someone.
