inducing menstruation?!

Question:
i haven't ad my period since january of this year.i can't be pregnant since i'm a virgin. i'm getting worried. how can one induce menstruation?

all girls cycles are different i bleed alot more on than off most are as long as 2-3 months with only 4 days stopped its normal for some to not bleed at all or very light just to be on safe side pop to doctors it may be nothing but might put your mind at ease

time to go to the dr and see whats going on. You might be missing them if you workout alot or over stressed
