Do you use a body scrub?!

Of course I do, as much as I'm intellectual and all that I'm obsessed with having smooth skin. I use Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub every day with a bath glove, then every other day I use Totally Juciy Hot Sugar body scrub. It works so well I was at the beach this weekend and I was literally slippery because my skin was so smooth.

yes, I use a squishy sponge instead of a washcloth with body washes that rinse clean. have tried the type that have beads that break open and they leave a lotion or film on my skin. Didn't like the feeling, didn't feel clean.
i use exfoliating gloves with any scrub (currently The Body Shop strawberry scrub), 2-3 times a week
ps: after waxing, you should wait 1-2 days to start exfoliating again
