Can I use my own body fat for breast inplant surgery?!

Question:
i want breast implants but i do not want artificial stuff in my body. Can a doctor take fat from my stomach or thighs and put it in my breasts instead of saline or silicone? If so, Would it look real?

i would check into seriously. if they can implant your own fat into your butt. as far as it being lumpy if they can inject into your face w/o it looking lumpy why not otherplaces
