Don't get a tan.a tan is skin damage.look at people 45-55 who went to the beach alot.they have leather skin.not so attractive.use sunscreen..

Ive been told that if you tan to quickly you look orange, so what ive always done for a deeper brown tan, i just start in march and get a good base tan, then gradually go more offten :) IT works pretty well for me

exfoliate and moisturize well ; double up on the lotion on the elbows knees and ankels

Don't do it. There is NO safe way to tan, it all increases your risk of skin cancer. Use a good sunless tanner at home or go to a salon/spa for an airbrush tan instead.

If you "must Tan" try exfoliating before it. There is this really good product called Tantowels or St. Tropez both are self tanner that give the most natural look. Ans much more Healthier.

I wouldn't do that it may give you skin cancer.

DO NOT TURN ORANGE & GET A NICE BATHING-SUIT

If you are going to tan.then get a sun tan, not a tanning bed UV ray tan.either way, it will give you skin cancer eventually.

Lavender oil and coconut oil.

Just make sure that your skin it very moist. This will make for a good even tan. If you are dry then it will look ashy and bad. Keep on Moisturizing!!
