How can I manage the neck pain I get when I work on computers for an hour or mor!

proper posture while on the computer, along with ergonomically correct equipment, and stretching every 10 or so minutes. assuming the pain has already occured, try resting (sometimes thats enough to lessen it), massage, or a hot compress.

put a towel around your neck while you are sitting on the pc ,it will support it ,and you feel ok
