I give my kids vitamins daily, monitor thier foods daily, but they are still sic!

Maybe they have a low resistance because they are over-tired, under a lot of stress, or just plain human.

Maybe they are exposed to a lot of germs. Are they in sports where they share (touching) a lot of equipment? Do they share toys with other young kids? Are they in close quarters in a crowded classroom or cafeteria?

how about some running outside in the sun, or you might have mold somewhere in the house and the kids are allergic.

Good question! They could be picking up colds or other sickness from other kids

Be shure they are dressed weather appropiate if not maybe theyre immune system is weak try going to a doctor and ask about personalised vitamins (they do blood test and give dosage that body needs)

what kind of vitamins? what kind of foods? most off the shelf Vitamins are just real expensive glue. Do not give yourself or your children tablets. Only use vitamins in capsules made of vegetable glycerins. Get them eating more raw fruits and vegetables and less cooked meat and dairy. Cut white sugar and flours all together. Also, try cutting out wheat and soy entirely. keep in mind that extreme dietary changes take time to unfold their healing potential. give changes at least three months before forming an opinion on effectiveness. maybe even consider(if they are 7 or older) a full day of water fasting. good luck!

I wonder what type of enviornment they are in.other people children who are sick? Unclean enviornment? No exercise or fresh air? Happy attitudes?

They need a safe environments. Proper foods containing adequate nutritional requirements in the correct ratio.Consult with a doctor to find the actual problems.
