Hey me too! Look all a person can do is eat right get plenty of sleep, reduce stress , and exercise. Well that seems easy right? no really if you do those things it will help allot. I recently stopped drinking drinks with sugar ( Mt. Dew) and have lost over 9 lbs in 3 weeks. Just try to take one high calorie thing a day out. You will see a difference.

Don't do ab workouts every day its a common mistake your breaking the muscles down and mistaking it for a cardio workout. They are a slow twitch muscle group and can be worked twice a week safely but not everyday. You'll never lean the abs out by doing them every day you need to lower your overall bodyfat.
