Question:

Answers:
Are you talking about "Thin" as it your body shape?

If yes, then simply eat a balanced diet! Becareful of foods with high calorific value like simple sugars or fatty food! Avoid conveniance foods and prepared meals etc!

I am not saying go on a crazy strict diet! This usually has the reverse effect on losing weight and can be seriously damaging to your health if you are not careful!

Be sensible with the actual quantity of food you are eating, avoid snancks, and if you are hungry, go for an apple or some fruit instead of crisps, nuts or sweets!

Be respectful of yourself and what you eat!

See a professional nutrisilist if you are unsure about anything or need more information or diet suggestions.

Best of luck..:-)

well a thin person has the above discription

Mostly it means not fat, or not wide. You can overcome this by eating more.

OVERCOME IT?? Most of us want it! Are you saying someone told you that you are too thin? Just eat as much of a good balanced diet as you can without upsetting your stomach, and don't worry about it.

"Thin" is a very simple English word, and I can't believe you do not know the classic definitions. But if you want an illustration, look at any commercial photo of a female. They do not use models that are not thin.

It all depends on your perception. What others consider "thin" may not comply with what Is "thin" to you and vice versa.

It means that you need to have some exersice cause you look like an idiot. not neccesarily thin means healthy. i don´t agree, but if somebody told you THIN like made you feel bad, then this was they meant.
