Swimming is the best exercise hands down. It works every part of your body and is a cardio exercise as well. Just take a look at swimmer's body's. They aren't like that just for any reason.

I do agree with everybody that swimming and yoga are the best. Swimming moves your whole body and yoga stretches and gives lots of energy. Aerobics are nice, but just for the music!

running is the best exercise. run daily about 5 kms.

Walking It Keeps Your Heart Going.

Boxing is the most strenuous exercise you will ever encounter. Every man and woman is pushed to their limits and they end up thin as a rake after about 1 year of boxing training.

If this is not your game then running or cycling is the next best thing. Latin Dancing and Tennis with friends is an excellent way to exercise (and lose a LOT of weight) socially too.

walking is the best type of exercise. You loose weight and keep in shape without putting strain on your body.
