Until 12 h you eat only fruit. After 12 vegetable soup, not eat meat with potato and rice, only with vegetable,use brown sugar, brown bread, brown rice. Not drink milk, only Tea and water, not eat after 20 h ( if you have crisis take fruit)

Don't eat dessert directly after lunch make it after 2-3 hours
Eat dinner 2-3 hours before sleep
Don't overeat in dinner
Eating many light meals is better than 3 or 2 heavy meals so make them 5 or 6
Start walking 30 min a day increasing 5 mins every weak
Don't use hard diet systems
Drink 2 cups of water before every meal
Don't eat nuts they contain high calories
Don't drink much soft drinks
look for simplisity in meals ,get away of meals that contain many ingredients
Salad is a perfect thing,so get used to it
Don't think of losing weight as a program , consider it a life style
