How funny! to wear a bra u make sure its the proper size by measuring around the widest part of your rib cage to determine band size and then again around the middle of your chest to determine cup size,then you simply put your arms in the staps and depending on the type of bra hook it in the back or the front and positioning everything into place.
put it infront put your hands through and clip it by both hands at the back this gives you a good stretching to the hands.
