I've been working out more lately with summer coming, but now I feel hungry more!

Is it because I'm using more energy..do I need to work out more now becuse of the extra calories I must be eating..

This is a result of your metabolism increasing (basically your muscles are demanding more food for energy). Just be cautious of what you eat and at what time.

You're probably burning more fat so you need more food. Just watch what food you eat.

I don't know the science - ie your body mass, calorie intake, calories burned each day.

.but I do know that the mind finds it terribly difficult to distinguish between being hungry, and being thirsty.

Drink a glass of water and take 5. If you are still hungry then, eat some fruit or veg. Carrots are great for that snack attack moment!

its just normal.. when u lose some weight ur body asks more n more food to bring ur weight to the previous position, my suggestion do bodybuilding.. no matter how much u eat u wont get fat.. u'll just get more muscular..

the more you exercise, the easier it is to burn calories and get hungry.
