This is not a viable survival technique at all. Feces contains absolutely no food value, and you may vomit in the process of trying to consume it, wasting valuable water.
Urine contains a considerable proportion of water, but also a great amount of salt and waste products from your body, disgesting and processing will actually cost your body more water than you would gain. Furthermore, your kiddnies would probobly fail by trying to clean all of it, and you would die in fairly short order afterwards.
You would die before you can consume the second round of eating and drinking those two. They are poisonous as containing a lot of bad stuffs.

I believe you can drink your urine twice before it becomes to concentrated. But eating your own excrement would poison you even a grams.
