Have your pupils always been unequal, or is this a new problem? If it is new, have you recently had any trauma to the head or neck? It is not uncommon to have a headache when you have a persistant cough. all in all, schedule a doctor appointment asap.

If your pupils were previously normal and only recently has one become larger than the other, that is neurological sign and you need to see a doctor right away. I mean today. It could also be caused by acute glaucoma in one eye. Not having it treated immediately, could result in blindness in that eye. If you can't get a doctors appointment for today, go to the emergency room. Don't screw around with stuff like that. It could be nothing but it could be something that needs immediate treatment.
