Labor Day marks the end of summer. "white pants" are considered part of summer and white pants are usually packed away until next year. My opinion is that you should wear what you like, that is, unless you are into being trendy and would rather do what the in-crowd is doing. LOL, just wear what you have in your closet. Dressing for the seasons doesn't make you a better person. I prefer not to allow other opinions guide me on selecting what I should wear. I will wear white pants anytime I feel the occasion to wear them. You are your best judge. Follow your intuition. However, when your black pants are dirty. wear your white pants.
