anyone try snooze and lose(stuff you take before bed to help you lose weight)?!

They are both right. You should research any weight loss supplements and diet programs before you go on them (like you are doing now). You also need to start off by setting up a goal to know what you want to lose and in how long of a time span. You can't get there if you don't know where you are going!! Then you need to work on your portion control if you aren't going to get on a diet program. That will be the biggest helper. Also make sure that you are around people that know you can do it. It's not worth it if everyone is telling you that it can't be done. I haven't ever used it, but my suggestion is to not waste your money on gimmicks like that. You know if it really worked EVERYONE would be using it. Plus, to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in, and that just won't happen while you are sleeping. If anything, it might make you lose water weight, but you gain that right back once you are rehydrated.

I agree, you should not take pills that promise rapid weight loss or miraculous results, especially if they say you'll lose weight by doing nothing. The best way to lose weight is by eating healthy and exercising. A lot of pills say they only work if you watch your diet and exercise regularly but its not the pill thats working its your body thats losing weight because you've done something good for it. Just stay active and be patient.
