i want to reduce my weight so how can i reduce it, i m 26 years ,married,female,!

So make sure that! everyday (or 4 days a week depending on how fast you want to loose weight). You walk an hour,move your waist..like hoola hoop (this will exercise your organs..) wall push (start with 15 then after a week go on 2o and as many as u can).. also do a little crunches or sit ups.. anyway, the best thing to do is to running or jogging. This will truly incease your metabolism..=)

ps: Don't eat junk foods.. Don't eliminate carb or fats in our diet.. Just enjoy eating but do it minimally.. =).. use your fist to measurewhat you eat.. don't drink too much soda.. go for water and green tea.. =) Good luck..

PSS: continue doing this, but set realistic goal..okay?! give your self a 4 months, a year or more.. =)

just eat the right foods. yeah right. i think that you should try becoming a vegetarian for a few weeks, and then exersice. deep srecthing in the morning when you wake up, and then from there do bacis things like sit ups and lifting weights. and dont try pills, they dont work.

Exercise! Even if you have to start slow get out there and do something. Reduce the amount of sugar in your diet. You just have to get moving and get involved in something you like.

Going on a diet isn't easy..you can start by excercise..I personally do not excerise..If you want to loss a few pounds you can do so..but you'll need to stay away from deep fried food.eat three healthy meals a day.if you get hungry in between meals you can eat fruits and drink lots of water.good luck

Drink tons of water eliminate bread and pasta, u must eat breakfast to kickstart your metabolism, dont eat after six o clock, start walking to take easy at first, try some stretching, and dont give up just because you dont have instant results because most woman lose inches first and lose most of their weight at their upper body parts first, your hips n thighs will go last,and buy some one a day womans vitamins while ya at it to get healthy, and stay away from people who have negative things to say to you or dont think you can do it, i think ya can if you think ya can! :)
