I am doing this right now.
I go to the YMCA and ride the bike for 20 minutes, then walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes more. I am working up to an hour total. I do this six days a week.
My stomach is flattening down as I am burning fat. After one month of this it looks MUCH better. I have lost 4 pounds also.
I am now also starting to do five minutes of stomach crunchs a day. This is about 100 crunches a day--takes five minutes.

People who know about exersize do not do old fashioned situps as someone here mentioned because they strain the back. Instead people do stomach "crunches" now.

Get involved with volleyball, it will natually flat you belly. But you really need to work it out for years.

I agree with dreamychick and kd_aj1. Also, you could try going on a bit of a diet, and of course work out regularly and not JUST situps.

I had same question a couple of days ago. Watch your calorie intake. Steak and fish, foods with protein. No fried foods, no soda, drink water, dairy products are good too, as long as you don't have fatting ones like Vit D milk instead 2% or non fat milk is good. Non fat yogurt with fiber. Eat small meals throughout day that are healthy to keep your metabolism going. You don't want it to slow down or you'll put on more weight.

The quickest easiest way for a flat stomach.Try wearing a corset.If you wear it for a long period of time,e.g 6-12 months you will be the skinniest girl in the area.I read this lady had one and now shes got a world record for skinniest belly.
