motivation to work out and eat right?!


Question:
Guys I need help with this please. How can I give myself motivation to workout and eat right?? There is temptation everywhere!! arg. I know I need help with self control. Any tips for that too please??

- Do excercises you like doing.
- Make short term goals so you can see progress fairly quickly (2-3 weeks).
- Check yourself out in the mirror
- Eat food thats healthy and you like
- Read the calories or estimate how many are in what you're eating along with fat and sodium content. The high numbers are deterrents.

for me, a team is the best thing, you are surrounded by others and you all support eachother. at home I find that if I am hungry I get a glass of water and that helps, because then I dont snack all day and if you eat all at one time you (atleast I do) eat much better. you can think about preparing a meal or such.

I hit that wall four years ago, so what i did was hire a personal fitness trainer. I did that mainly for motivation but ended up re-learning everything i thought i knew about working out and nutritian. So obviously i suggest finding one of the good trainers and shelling out some money for a three month period then just utilizing him once a week when your 3 months are up.
