eat less drink tons of water but never skip meal

start going to the gym as often as you can. if you dont want to go..go anyways!! try taking group classes for more motivation. find a gym buddy, or maybe a personal trainer. after you start seeing the changes from working out, it will be easier and there will be more motivation for you to start eating less. trust me, try exercise before dieting! i have only been going to the gym for about 2 months so far, havent really been on a "diet" and i can see significant changes in my body!!

Eat all of your food groups and only eat ANYTHING over 12 grams of sugar once a week. Do daily and nightly streches, and work out at the gym. If you dont feel like leaving home buy an ablounge or something.

Here is how the dinner diet works!-
1)eat only fruits, veggies, and whole weat bread
2)drink only skim milk, orange juice, and water(for better effects, drink only water, and alot of it)
3)for dinner, eat what your parents make you for dinner(or whatever you want!)
