Please offer me some suggestions fitness experts!!?!

Question:
I am having a hard time exercising because my job is so active. By the time I get home from work I am pshycially exhaused! I am on my feet running around withoout a chance to even go the bathroom for almost 9 hours 5/days a week. (I am a kindergarten teacher) I want to exercise but I have no energy. I am unable to do it before work because I have to be there very early.

Any suggestions about how to fit in some workouts? Do I really need to?
Answers:
I would think that you just have to do some stretching exercises for about half an hour after work - no matter how tired you are, they help relieve stress. i am trying out the fluidity bar which I bought off of fluidity.com or smgt like taht and it makes you feel more relaxed after u stretch out plus it makes your blood move more. Just like ballerinas, they stretch out a lot. Hope this helps.

Just go out for a jog whenever you are feeling good enough, kids might be more than enough exercise.

First, try to eat a diet of food that will give you some energy and make you feel good. Stay away from the fatty junk food and all of that. Second, do little things to get in your exercise. Park further away from the building so you'll have to walk more, take the stairs instead of the elevator, go for 10 min. walks after dinner, do jumping jacks during commerical breaks. Maybe begin to incorporate exercise on the weekends and branch out from there. Good luck!

Try using your lunch break to take a walk and find time (even 15 min) to go for a walk throughout the day. And you don't have to (since it sounds like your job gives you enough) unless you are at an unhealthly weight.

Join a gym and spend 30 minutes three times a week lifting weights. (Monday/Wednesday/Friday--alwa. a day off in between.) It will energize you (after you get started--you will be surprised how much.)

You did not say why you are looking for exercise help but for most of us it is weight. Again lifting is the best way to lose weight. Everybody thinks it is cardio, and cardio is good for you, but for the benefit you derive per minute, lifting is the best by far. As you add a little muscle it will help you lose. Muscle Burns Fat--Period.

You don't get all bulky and masculine looking just toned up. Women always worry about that when in fact, it takes the most intense dedication and huge amounts of time and usually some steroids for women to start looking like men body builders. That's why they make mirrors. When you get to the size you want to stay, stop adding weight to your training and just add repetitions.

My job has me on the go to but no matter what I still workout right after I leave work. I will be so exhausted but when I get to working out I get more energy. you just really have to go & exercise even if its just for 30 minutes. Thats better than none. There are lots of simple exercises you can do like on your lunch break or at home. I like the site http://www.weboflife.ksc.nasa.gov/exerciseandaging cause its animated & shows you how to do the exercises. Anyone can do these exercises to.

The reason you are always exhausted is because of your lack of physical exercise. As tired as you are after work you must take the time to get in some exercise. The Exercise need not be strenuous or time consuming.
Start out by walking for an hour after you get home from your kindergartner's. Getting out in the fresh air, after being in a classroom with 30 or 40 screaming little ones, will be good for you in more ways than one. You will see you will have more energy after walking than you did before.
When you are feeling great you will want to increase the amount and kinds of exercises. After a few weeks of walking, go for a swim. You will see how great you will feel not just physically but mentally. It all must start with the first steps, that will be the hardest part.

What I suggest is eat a healtly breakfast with the less sugar that you can,no pancakes, waffles,or cake.
Then at the after nun eat something light like salad, a sandwich anything you want. At nighttime if you eat after 8:00 you can eat a piece of toast bread (specially wealth). if you eat before 8:00 eat something with vitamins like fruits.
at 9:00 you start doing 10 sit-ups,then 5 push-ups,and run during 20 minutes.
