wake up and energise techniques?!


Question:
i've had about 5 hrs sleep lastnight, i'm at work now and going out tonight with the girls. i'm sooo tired just closed my eyes for 15 mins on my break now i feel worse.

any tips to help me wake up and feel engergised because i don't have time to have a nap when i get home from work today. i have to go home shower and get ready and leave.

perhaps you have some face mist? they really do work! if not, just pack along a facial wash in ur bag. Go to the toilet to give it a refreshing wash if you feel like sleeping during the outing with ur girlfriends. although it might look wierd to some, there's nothing wrong to wash your face in the toilets outside but make sure u bring a small towel or you'll be dripping!

Drink water or something which gives energy to your body, take some small walks every 30 or 40 mins for 5 mins and try to do as the above person said. and "DON'T FORGET YOU ARE IN WORK"!.;)
