Its not the shampoo ur using cause i use it as well and my hairs great. U might b using the wrong kind of one for ur hair try getting the one for colored hair. Also r u using a permenant one or a rinse.

was it a permanent dye or was it one that washes out in a certain number of washes?

also make sure that the shampoo you're using is safe to use with color treated hair.

You may have chosen the hair dye rinse, which will eventually wash away after so many shampoos. If it's a permanent dye it shouldn't be doing this. After all your scalp may not like the color and is very pissed off you picked it so it's just getting back at you hoping you choose another next time...just kidding who really knows so I say screw Herbal Essence they always use models in their commercials anyway we never see the aftermath..

Having some color dye wash out is normal. Also take into consideration how many washes you did during those 2 weeks. I'm going to guess 2 washes, that should be normal, if on the other hand this is your 4 wash, call the 1800 # on the box. I've used Herbal Essence and I had some dye wash out up to the 3rd wash.

Peace and ONE love .;*!*;.

My dear why did u colour your hair?
Listen after dyeing this is going to happen is expected and secondly these herbalessences shampoos are not upto the mark. It is better that for stronger hair oil it regularly and if u r an Asian I can advise u some of the eastern tips what u call granny's ideas
U can put the mixture of an egg and some yogurtin your hair for about one hour and then wash it off with a soft shampoo.
U can use Sikahkai and Amla to strengthen your hair and havind a darker color.
And please do not expect a result very soon you will have to wait for 2 months.
