I need help for body shaping and weight increment?!

I am about 6.2 ft and 128 pounds,i look so skinny.what r the best exersises for bisep,thies,shoulder,back & chest to improve and how could i improve my waight in short time,is there any diet,and what about the medicen should i use them is there any side effects of those medicens,i start body building but left because my cheeks stuck in side like i am sucking a lolloy pop.what should i do to get rid of it

ok i know how to make you bigger in size. first of all you need to eat a LOT of food. mostly protein, carbs, vegies and lots of fruits (they are GREAT for your skin) mostly i would recomend to eat healthily but you can eat like fast food and all that stuff too but not all the time. and there are so many exercizes to make your muscels bigger. since there are so many of them i would recomend getting an exercize magazine (menn's health and fitness RX) and listen to all of their advcie. i do not recomend taking ne pills or steriods because honestly you don't need to! i would recomend to eat A LOT! (b/c you can't gain muscle if you are really skinny) and work out 4-5 days a week. i would recomend you only do reps (or is it sets?) of 8. thats a trick to get your muscles bigger! but make sure that when you eat a lot you don't get chubby.make sure its healthy (a burger or icecream once or twice a week isn't bad!) hope this is helpful and lots of luck! you can do it! My boyfriend has had the same problem-not after he used this powder protein shake mix.It's in a HUGE round brown/red bottle and usually football players drink it(can't think of name-SOO sorry). Also eat lots of food with protein, p.bars, and I don't know why but I've also heard rice. G Luck!!
