What is smarter flying a transatlantic flight for 3 days or 14 days from a HEALT!
Question:
what would be smarter, that is from a health prespective,
flying a transatlantic flight (duration ~14 hours) for three days (of working) in the destination country, or flying for two weeks let you body adjust to the new timezone and then fly back?
Answers:
Hi there, initially I thought you might have been talking about the radiation issuses. A transatlantic flight is equivalent to one Chest x-ray. A pilot mate of mine used to wear a radiation badge to monitor this.
If you get down time between the 3 days then I think your body clock would adjust better, with the correct sleep and nourishment. Goodluck
