Answers:
Start with a good mind set. Put up a picture of yourself a smaller size on the fridge to remind you of your goals, then.this is the hard part.eat less and exercise more. Make yourself stick to smaller portions. Full your body into being full by drinking water or soup broth before meals, then keep drinking water all day. If your hungry between meals, try ignoring and finding something to busy yourself with (laundry's always a good one) and see if the distraction helps you forget. If you're still hungry after 20 minutes, have a fruit or dairy product to tie you over. And try to hang out and talk to fit people you know to help inspire you along the way.Good luck! You CAN do it.it's mind over matter!

I would advise going to a proper nutritionist, they can write you an eating plan which will bring your body to it's optimum weight. Combine this sensible diet with exercise and you should see a difference in 3 weeks

After trying several diets myself I consulted with a health center called the HIT center. (High Intensity Training) the founder (Dr. Terry Shepherd) mentioned that it is all basic math when it comes to weight loss. Burn more calories than you take in. Create lean muscle mass to help stoke your body's metabolic rate. He has a formula for helping build lean muscle quick. I would check anything on the web for the HIT centers. They are popping up all over the USA. Exercise is good, but it is imperative that you exercise at the right heart rate and distinguish between aerobic and body building activities. I hope this helps.

my mum recommends not eating after 7.00pm. If you really can't lose weight it could be a hormone imbalance or a genetically link condition.

ciscokid has the right idea in that answer and also set yourself a goal to reach and go online locally to check out health and diet tips from local sources

Here is my question for ya. HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TRYING TO LOOSE WEIGHT? From what I have researched, the longer a person tries to loose weight ( and does) then regains more than lost then repeats the process, like a yo yo effect, has a harder time loosing the weight over time and so adding more weight than loosing it. Trying diets like the soup diet and stuff does not work because the change that you are making is temporary. If you need t loose weight change your diet. Eat whatever you want but in smaller portions like 1 can of soda or one serving spoonful of rice. Keep on exercising. Guidelines to loose weight is 60-90 minute sessions 3 times per week. almost forgot keep drinking that water!

I agree with the comment about the hormones. I had tried all of those diets and more with little to no success. I went to a presentation by a doctor who had used a weight management program designed specifically for women and targeted women near 40 and over. It was not one of those one size fits all programs and it dealt with why women eat instead of just what we eat. There were no horrible food restrictions or dreaded calorie counting. I went into this thinking this is the last time I will try anything because it was too disappointing when I "failed" or yo-yoed back. I not only lost the weight (gone from an 18 to a 14 in 3 1/2 months), but because it addresses hormone inbalance, I stopped chocolate and sweet bingeing. That, mixed with the Omega 3,6, 9, helped my hair and nails to grow, and my skin to look better than it has in years, since I had my children. The phytoestrogen helped with my ovarian cyst and removed the need for medication with synthetic estrogen, which helped my weight, my finances, and my health. I have not looked or felt better. You can get all of the information you would like from the website. www.TNI.com/1934177. Just click on women's health. I decided this time it's all about me, and this time I succeded. Good luck to you.
