Answers:
There are thousands and thousands of exercise routines out there. The best one for you is the one that you enjoy doing, and keeps you motivated to keep exercising. If you want some ideas on different routines, check out the link below. They have a ton of articles by people talking about what routine they do. Find one you like and give it a try. If you don't like it, find another.

Every weekday mornings from 7-8 am, tune into Lifetime channel to watch and workout with Denise Austin! She works out different parts of the body each day. Take a multivitamin like Centrum, etc. once a day, and eat nutritiously. You'll Feel Maaaarvelous!

That depends on what your goals are. Do you want to have power, endurance, or physique? A basic routine is cardio ever other day. Weights ever alternating day (upper body on first weight day, lower body on next weight day). There are many websites with good workout routines, but you have to have a goal in mind.

I had the same questions when I was in Iraq with some significant time on my hands. It's too difficult to answer this in one go, I recommend checking out the following site: http://www.bodybuildingforyou.. The start page is more about supplements, but if you click on the bodybuilding tab, you'll see a lot of good info about workouts.

My workout was focusing on two muscle groups every day for two days and then taking two days off. For example:

Day 1: Chest/Abs
Day 2: Triceps/Biceps
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Rest
Repeat

It's a four day cycle that doesn't mesh well with our seven day world, so when i came back to the real world, I would just rest one day the second time like:

Day 1: Chest/Abs
Day 2: Tris/Bis
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Chest/Abs
Day 6: Tri's/Bi's
Day 7: Rest

What muscle groups you work out is totally up to you and want you want to accomplish. I play a lot of soccer, so lower body development is not important to me. So I focused on upper body and the core abs. You might be different. Something to remember - you don't have to do everything at once. Start out with 2-4 muscle groups, get to a plateau and then change it up.

regarding supplements, i take multi-vitamin, gobs of C (more for helath reasons than working out), basic protein powder and creatine. I got great results. Focus on your workout and the basic supplments first. Once you've started, then you can venture into stacking and all that.

finally, don't let the term "bodybuilder" scare you off on a lot of the websites. It was sort of intimidating at first and I was thinking that I didn't want to be like Arnie or some musclefreak. But i found a lot of useful info on the web.

I will try to answer this even though everyones body is different and you have to find what works best for you. But I will give you a good rough plan. I was in the Military for 3 year in the Infantry so I know how to stay in shape. Depending on where your at now physically. I would do one day cardio and lower body one day upper body. that is a good place to start. If your overweight and are not ready to start serious cardio I would recommend Walking some miles and then work up to walking with a pack with weight work your way up. Also switch up your workouts run bike swim play sports so it doesn't get boring. just stay active and you'll be fine. As for supplements that's also a loaded question if your trying to gain muscle mass I would use protein I like optimum nutrition pro complex because it has 55 grams per serving and all the vitamins you need. Cell Tech is good for your creatine if that's your thing. But lay off the junk food and crap food you know what that is. Burgers pizza soda candy bars etc etc. and you'll be in great shape. Also I would like to add Listen to your body if your sore take a day off your body will tell you when it needs a break listen to it.
