id like to have a good looking stomach. my chest could look better. i dont eat that much and i do push ups and sit ups religiously. i used to be alot heavier. i just want to be toned instead of knowing i have large pecks i wanna see them. i have a pretty muscular build as is, it just isnt very attractive with my shirt off. anything quick?

You said you do not eat much. This could be your problem. If you are as active as you say you are then you need more nutrition to exhilarate results. Protein, vitamins and fiber. You said no shakes, that is fine. Shakes from the wright company will get you all of what you need on the nutrition aspect. If you are totally against it then you need to do your home work and find out what foods that you need to incorporate to get the best results. I do believe that you need to eat more.

I think that running at 7mph for over 30 min 3-5 times a week will help to get the excess fat off your frame. That's a quick jogging pace..break a sweat and be consistant w/ your workouts. Also weight train 5 days a week. Upper body M-W-F and lower body T-TH. Lastly aim for 300-400 calories eaten every 3-4 hrs to up your metabolism. Aim for at least 75grams of protein a day, drink a good 70oz H2O a day, eat breakfast within a hr of waking up. Good luck All of that worked for me 4 years ago. I lost 100lbs in 8months.

exercise and proper eating are very important. be sure to eat lots of vegetables and exercise at least 30 minutes a day. and don't be in such a rush for the weight to leave, in reality it took your body a long time to gain all of this weight so you can't expect to loose it in one second. however it is able to loose weight without starving or restricting your diet with pills or shakes. you have to do a calorie count find out how many calories your body needs a day and eat foods that add up to that amount also stay away from foods like penuts, sweets and bananas. they add fat to your body. try portion control; it helps to know that you can eat less and still loose weight. if your problem is excess skin, not weight, it's possible to get a tuck to make the excess skin fade away, but be sure you try everytning possible first. maybe you need to do more than situps or pushups, perhaps 5 to 10 minutes of areobics incorporated in your routine will get your blood pumping and cause your metabolism to speed up, since metabolism determines how fast you loose or gain weight. aerobics is known to tone muscles and stretch them which helps your flexibility. hope this helps a little and good luck with your lighter body.
