will my complexion look healthier if i do this all fruit for a week?or raw veggi!

yes and drink alot of water. I heard birth control helps your complexion as well. But wash your face and moisturize. Do not touch your face alot during the too.

it depends on what you were eating before you went on the diet, were you mostly a meat person? you'll most likely see dramatic effects at the end, because your body had alot less fat and protien to deal with. as long as its only a week it will probably be good for you. its when you start doing 2 weeks out of a month that you will be putting yourself in danger. because fruits and veggies are super great for your body alone, but you need all kinds of nutrients that arent in those fruits and veggies just to keep your body alive. if your body doesnt get enough protien, after several months of depriving your body of it, or not giving it enough, your skin will turn very pale, you will constantly be tired, and you will become what is known as anemic. its not very fun, and stems completely from not getting enough essential vitamans and nutrients into your system.
but on the other side, a no vegie only meat diet, will have bad effects too.
its a healthy balance of everything that will make your body happy.
too much of anything can become a bad thing. trying something that is really bad for you once in awhile isnt really that bad. drinking wine all the time is not good for you because of all the alcohol, right? well, drinking one glass a day, and stoping at only one glass will make your body stronger. it will strengthen your liver, among other things. its the people that cant stop at one glass that are hurting themselves.
but i'd try the vegie thing! it cant hurt if your just trying it for a week. so what do you have to loose? good luck!

cut out fatty foods and eat really healthy,,,you can detox the skin and body by eating fruit and veges for 3 days straight and drink only green tea.
this will make a real differnce,,

wouldn't it make sense to replace one meal a day with raw stuff and see how you react?
if you do it for a week I am almost certain you will develop an unhelpful need to be close to a toilet at all times!
you may get a better result from increasing the protein in your diet by eating grilled, baked, boiled, or steamed, meat and fish. try to eat some cooked broccoli, cooked spinach, and onion how you like it. (not fried)
and go for a walk!
poor complexions are typically caused by too many calories and too much saturated fat, combined with low protein and essential fatty-acid intakes.
boil an egg for breakfast, don't just eat cereal.
