Get some sleep! Black and bags under the eyes usually indicates a lack of proper amount of sleep. Most people in the US don't get enought sleep.

Any kind of cold cream will take the black under your eyes. Have you tried to use Oil of Olay for just the eyes? It is fabolous and it works
olay products are really good but if you over use it your skin will dry so you only need a dimme size every night under the eye

From make-up or bags under your eyes? Make-up = there are make-up removers and to help prevent it, put some lotion on your face before applying make-up. Bags = there are a ton of products made to reduce the appearance. Check out www.marykay.com or you can go to a place like Boston Store, etc and talk with a beauty consultant who will point you in the right direction of what will help.
I am male, 25.. and I have horrible black around m eyes.
BAD NEWS: There is nothing you can do. All of those cosmetic creams and such do NOTHING! That is from experience, and from talking candidly with pharmacists and cosmotologists and estheticians.
The only thing you can really do is mask the black using makeup. As a guy, this is not an option, so just be happy you're a girl.

it depends what you mean by "black".black cirles? black make-up? If it's black make-up such as mascara and eyeliner I use Maybelline eye make-up remover. It works great! I squirt a tiny bit on a cotton square (buy about anywhere) and it comes off easily. If you mean dark circles there are many concealers on the market as alternatives to any type of surgery.

I have heard that this may be from a vitamin deficiency. Also, not enough sleep, or rest. Are ya gettin enough fruits and vegetables you need, and drink plenty of water? Also, I heard that preparation H for hemoroids helps the puffiness under the eyes.
