I really like biolage and biosilk for my hair. The biosilk often has 2 (liter bottles)for $25 sales at salons and it lasts forever! As far as the weight loss - you have to be serious about it. Eat less, exercise more. But you have to REALLY want it! DOn't eat at night, and eat only when your hungry - not just having Munchies. Good luck!

Hair Problem: For damaged hair use Redken Extreme Anti-Snap it is a leave-in treatment for distressed hair and use Redken Extreme CAT it is a protein reconstructing treatment for distressed hair.Anti-Snap in a cream and CAT is a spray they are both leave in treatments and they really do help. I had the same problem the only place I could find to but them was J C Pennys.
Weight Problem: Stay away from fast foods and fried foods. Drink lots of water and if you have to have soda make sure it id diet. Eat small portions and snack on raw carrots and celery for snacks. Do a lot of walking everyday and it won't be long until you start to see a difference.
