Yes, but it will be more noticeable because of the contrasting color of her skin. I recommend nude and tan colored bras. In fact bras are made in so many colors these days I would be surprised if there isn't quite a few that will blend well.
Good quality bras can be found at Nordstrom and even on-line if you already know your measurements.

OF COURSE! But personally I dont like net tops.but if it is a regular material its a definite. Anyway, if you are coloured you are lucky, because you can wear a lot of strong colours that others cannot.
White is that certain colour, which suits with any colour. Specially on white. Beside white, black also suits with any colour.
