I guess its possible because we do use those muscles more to walk when in high heals.not as natural of a walk as with tennis shoes.

YES! It gives the illusion of longer legs. It also keeps the leg muscles flexed so you can see the separation between thigh and butt. Whats not to like?

I've noticed when my gf is wearing high heels it pushes her butt up a little. So I'd say yeah. But she has a sweet A$$ anyways!

In heels, everything from the waist down looks better on the average woman. If she has way too much back there (a subjective matter), it could look bad. Shoes that provide lift without spikes work for me too.
