i think sumtins wrong with my sinuses?!

Question:
i just came back from the beach
and i just turned my head to the side and it felt like my nose wuz plugged up with snot, but watter just started dripin out my nose, and then it stoped, and then i tried it agian and the same thing.. is something wrong with my sinuses?
