If a controlled diabetic patient takes sweetmeat occasionally, is it harmful for!

Question:

Answers:
The problem is in the definition of
occasionally - that could be altered
to conveniently fit indulgent vasanas;
if you meen occasionally as in when
your daughter is getting married, or
something of that order, then ok, but
if occasionally means whenever there
is a party, that would not be a good idea.

Other Answers:
It should not have any significant effect but check with your Endocrinologist or Diabetes Nurse Educator to find out if you need to include "sweetmeats" in your food exchanges.

That should be between your doctor and you. Diabetes is something that needs to be carefully cared for and controlled. Diabetes is more dangerous than what we realize and it can be a killer if it's not taken care of properly

Talk to your doctor and see what the doctor says.
