Yes, there is a certain kind of mold that can make you sick, I believe it is black mold. I recommend you clean your window with diluted bleach, and think of having your bathroom wall replaced by a professional. They should know how to get the mold out of the inside of the wall.

Mold can make you very sick, my husband does contruction and when there is mold hi puts kiltz over it and then paints it also the wall in the bathroom has gotten wet which then will produce mold it will probably need replaced
are you sure that there are no bugs inside your walls,i saw it on tv once,that they produce a gas that effects your body.
