Pilate's is a good source of exercise, plus you use your own body weight to against yourself.
Ballet class! It gives you that dancer's physique that men love;) Trust me, I've heard it often enough. I've been dancing ballet for 8 years now. I'm 25.
Here is one of my sayings about ballet: "Ballet class shapes the legs and firms the ***!";)
I tried yoga and I didn't even break a sweat.
There are some very good videos out there it depends on your preference. I have a video from Kathy Ireland that is almost worn out. It doesn't require any gadgets and really works. Pilate's is also good but make sure you are careful. It can be very hard on your lower back.
Jane Fonda video tones your arms and legs and is 77 minutes long so you can feel it working each time you do it, works fairly fast
Try water polo. This sport will definately keep you in shape. Just treading water will burn calories. Have fun!
