Have you been exercising? Sometimes when I do the muscles in my legs jerk when I am sitting still after the exercises.
It very well could be from the adderall. I use to take it and every once in a while I would get muscle spams or twitches in my eye lid. And I don't think it's restless leg syndrome cause that syndrome doesn't make you twitch or have muscle spams but your legs get so restless that you get aggravated and hot then you start kicking your legs around and you have to get up and move around for a little while. Just set up an appointment with your doc he'll figure out what it is and prescribe you something for it.
