I cant keep all my food down?!

Question:
I cant remember when it started maybe a year or two ago. What my problem is is that when i eat i ALWAYS have this feeling right below my adams apple which feels like a lump. Normally what happens is that i go throw up part of what i just ate then i feel better. i am taking prilosec otc which helps my acid reflux. im not really losing alot of weight maybe a little but nothing to be concerned about. The thing about it is now this is disturbing everything i do. I cant eat out with family i dont feel like going out. Basically it bums me out. Ive been to the stomach doctor and have had a scope twice with nothing found. At first my doctor thought i was allergic to wheat but that was ruled out with a bloodtest. Can anyone help me? I feel like im gonna be sick forever and i dont wanna feel this way anymore.
Answers:
you may have gerd. otc drugs wont help u need a stronger pill like ogastro and also stress brings on these type of symptoms so talk to your doctor again and see how u can adjust your meds to something else.

Not sure what the lump is but puking all the time is making it worse for sure. That kind of action puts alot of strain on your vocal cords/voice box and throat. If these things are irritated, they can enlarge/swell up and cause more discomfort. You need to cut that out. This also might border on a psychological issue since you've been at this puking for so long;you might feel that it's the only way to obtain relief. The same sort of self-brainwashing smokers use when they be live they're more relaxed after smoking.Another psychological issue might be, that you're not expressing yourself with your voice.Emotions can get "stuck" in your throat, if you don't express them.Try being more verbal or find some way to express yourself i.e. singing, poetry,or just going somewhere private to yell or cry. This makes me wonder if you've been holding something inside for 2 years (or how ever long ago it started). Is there something you haven't said or expressed that is stuck in your throat?Hope you feel better.
