Depends on the girl and the kind of wax she uses. I've been going to my girl for 12 years & she's great! It's really not that bad. The back of the legs hurts more for me @ least. Tips are exfoliate in the shower (sugar scrub or buffing cream), moisturize right after your shower (I use a firming lotion), and if you're worried about it, take some ibuprofen about half an hour before you go. ASK before you go what type of wax they use. If they use the same type for your bikini area as on your legs forget it!
