oh my gosh, you dont want to get taller. My little sis is 22 and 5'1'' and she seriously gets so much attention because of it. Guys thinks shes adorable and girls want her figure (shes real petite). 5'3'' is just fine :)

You are probably finished growing. So learn to like your height.

I may be past the growing stage but I suggest the possibility of heightmax www.heightmax.com I dont now how to I would be without scoliosis but I have been in love whith women my one size and shorter.

they actually have a surgery now that can increase your height. i expect it would be expensive though. the break your legs at the shin and thru the top too and graft in bone

try tying your feet to a tractor and your neck to another tractor and you can stretch yourself out so you will be taller.

Once you start menses, you will not grow any more. It has to do with hormones. Other than painful and controversial surgery and towering heels, you do not have a way to gain height. There are a lot of great things about being 5'3''--stand "tall" and be poised. Another few inches wouldn't change your life or your prospects.

tie your neak on a close hanger make it pull your neak ps.do not choak

No not possible .

You are done growing. Kids grow, because the ends of the long bones in arms and legs are made of an expanding bone, which responds to the hormones of puberty. Once that is done, the bone fuses and no further growth is possible. I would not trust any hyped up products like heighmaxx mentioned above. I looked it up real quick..the site provides no real information, just some bogus testimonials. There a lot of tricks to appear taller with the right shoes, wardrobe etc. Don't know much about this stuff (I am guy) but trust me, nothing wrong with 5' 3".

Women stop growing around the age of 17 or so. You are done growing, so you'll have to accept your height. You could wear heels. The average height for a woman is 5'5", so you're not that musch shorter than average.

I agree with the others you are stuck . be happy I am 5'9 1/2 and I hate it.
I wish that I was a little petite girl like you

The grass is always greener on the otherside :)

genetics determine how tall you will be.

In order for one to reach their genetic potential height, the body needs a certain amount of nourishment. This includes a balanced eating of vitamins that encourage growth proper exercising and adequate sleep.

Understand your body grows when it is at rest. Thats the optimal time when the body can restore the adequate balance of amino acids and minerals that encourage growth.

These are a few things you can to optimize your growth potential but ultimately genetics will determine how tall you are.

Increase trace mineral intake
Increase lean protein intake its broken down into amino acids faster
No smoking or alcohol or narcotics because these stunt your growth
Water intake should be your weight times .55 in ounces pure water preferably
Increase the amount of vegetables you take in, possibly drinking vegetable juices such as carrot
Decrease the amount of simple sugars such as sodas or candy
Moderate your dairy intake
Increase the fiber intake - whole grains
Sleep between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am - these are optimal hours for growth
Exercise regularly and stretch often
Increase anti-oxidant intake to fight off free radicals we take in everyday in the air and water
Think positive thoughts - mind can control the body in ways that no one can understand.
