I haven't tried it, but I've read a lot about it. From what I've read, it's mostly just an expensive multivitamin that's given the hard-sell by someone who just wants you to sell it too. You can probably do just as well getting a multivitamin from the store like Centrum. It appears to me that those who sell it are more interested in getting other people to sell it than they are interested in selling the product itself--simply a big pyramid scheme.
