Try Cold Eaze. You will find it at the drug store, or anything with Zinc in it. If that persists, go see your doctor or ask the pharmacist.

drink lots of water and if that dose not work go to the doctor

As hot as you can stand water and add salt. Gargle several times/day. Better check with doctor about strep which is highly contagious and could lead to heart disease.

Chloraseptic helps with the pain, as does Halls, Ricola, etc. But it could be something MORE than just a sore throat. Go to your doctor if you have it for more than a few days! Honey also soothes!

As long as it's a sore throat from being irritated and not due to strep throat.

Crush up a baby aspirin in warm water. Gargle. The aspirin will coat the throat and help with the inflammation.

The best solution from my experience is the honey. Eat about spoonful of real honey slowly. It really sooths the throat.

Gargle with 1/4 cup of vinegar and 1 tsp salt mixed together. It will help with the pain and help kill any bacteria. Drink 6-8 8 ounce glasses of water a day and take 500 mg of vit C and a garlic supplement twice a day to help ur immune system fight off the infection. If it doesnt improve in 3-4 days, go to ur doctor.

lemon honey and tea, drink up:)

There are a lot of different ways, it depends on what is causing it. You can try gargling with salt water or a mixture of half peroxide, half water. Another home remedy is to drink a shot of vinegar. Some people swear by zinc spray. They also make a spray called chloraseptic that will ease the pain of a sore throat. Good Luck with that.

If you can stand to eat lemons,it is pure vitamin C.Cut one in half and eat it.One per day. Also, take a small glass mix warm water and salt and add lemon juice.Gargle with it.
