BSE is (bovine spongiform encephalopothy), not sure what PMT is. its called crutzfeld-jacobs disease in humans (spelling?) or CJD

no cjd and bse are the same pmt is what women get lol.

PMT stands for 'pre menstrual tension' It's due to a drop in hormone levels shortly before s period is due. Because of this drop women tend to go a bit crazy but it has no bearing on the actual 'mad cow disease'
