What is the right sequence in working out in a gym? steam bath before work out o!

steam is good before and or after. personally I like it after.

2. start out slowly
3. treadmill or something aerobics
5. slow down with lifting weights
6. cool down by walking around and drink some water
7. then go into the steam room

I'm confident after, like the Romans did, because you can sweat all of the dirt and bacteria off you from your workout.

I would take the bath after working out. You sweat during steam baths, and sweating lowers your "elektrolytes", which you need during exercise.
