Working out is a very expensive endeavor. What affordable diets can you suggest!
Question:
Something balanced with high protein and just enough carbs and calories.
Answers:
Well, u should eat 50-60% carbohydrates, 25-30%fat and 10-15% protiens for a helthy balanced diet. But diggin deeper, working out is not expensive at all, you don't need a gym and just eat a handfull of penuts to get your protien after working out. You can do pullups, puchups, situps, squats with no weights but one leg at a time, run, do sprints or long distace. there are so manny things you can do, don't think you need a gym, and don't worry about eating much more than u usualy do just those penuts pluss u'r normal diet shoul be totaly perfect.

I'm curious why you find working out expensive. I joined a physical therapy center instead of a gym and it's only $30 a month. If you stop eating junk food you'll save more than that. If you don't care to go to a gym you can walk, and hand weights are inexpensive and you can do lots of exercises in your house with them.
Personally I do Slimfast. I buy a can of the powder at Walmart for around $6 and it lasts for 14 meals. I add it to 1% organic milk. I also add a scoop of Bene-protein powder (which you can get through Walgreen's website). All together it's less than a dollar a serving. I substitute this for 2 meals and for my 3d meal I eat half of what I normally would and try to avoid fried and sugary things. I lost 12 lbs last month.
