Question:

Answers:
Stress or anxiety can make your period late or even make you skip a month. A big change in diet, exercise, sleep schedule or other life changes can also affect your period in the same way.

If you've had sex in the past month (even if it was protected) you could be pregnant. Only way to know is to take a test. Get a home pregnancy test at any drug store or you can go to a Planned Parenthood location. Most planned parenthood locations give free pregnancy tests.

Other Answers:
it could be because you're not eating enough

or you could be knocked up

There may be several reasons for you missing your period. Sometimes anxiety alone can cause you to miss. If you are athletic sometime strenuous workouts can cause it. However, if you have been sexually active and not using a condom or spermicide there is a high liklihood of you being pregnant. Best way to know? Get a pregnancy test at the drugstore and relieve your mind of the worries.

If you were sexually active during the past month, get a pregnancy test at the doctors (or over the counter). If negative, then use protection if you can't abstain. Both you and the guy. If you are worried about getting pregnant..then do something so you won't get pregnant.

When a women worries if she is pregnant, being too paranoid can make you have pregnancy symptoms . if your soo worried get a pregnancy test and find out
