I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, what type of diet should I be on?!

I don't have an answer, but am very interested in what your symptoms are/were before being diagnosed.

I DON'T REALLY THINK DIET AFFECTS THIS DISORDER.

1. in case there arent any changes or symptoms concerning ur menstruation there are no specific guidelines. 2. generally u should monitor ur ferrum and feritine levels, sufficient protein intake, minerals and trace elements 3. overall hormonal count (estrogens, andorgens, steroids, dehydroepiandrosterone, cortizole etc) should aslo be followed.Depending on the hormonal profile specific medication and diet should be followed (eg low salt diet)
